Unidex B.V., the owner of AFP brand, was founded by Roland Janssen in 1989. The company originally concentrated on the import, export and trading of mainly dry beans and legume crops, meals, and a number of packaged foodstuffs usually sold to ethnic communities in Europe. With the european consumer becoming increasingly multicultural, sales of products have increasingly shifted from traditional mom & Pop shops to ordinary retail channels.

Ayoola Foods (Nigeria) Limited commenced business in 1991 and the company has since grown to become one of the most successful food processing company in Nigeria, West Africa. Over twenty products of Ayoola brands are distributed to different countries across the world. These include Belgium, Holland, Germany and UK in Europe, Canada and United States of America.

The company commenced business relationship with us in January, 2006 with the first container ever to come to Australia. Today, we are proud to say that through our relentless effort, Ayoola brand has become a household name among Africans residing in Australia.
