Banku Mix - Leemex brand

Banku is an indigenous fermented meal, a combination of maize and cassava, commonly eaten in Ghana, West Africa. It is another popular African food.
Banku is much like kenkey, but boiled directly in a pot, free from wrapping like kenkey, in a foil, corn husk or plantain leaves.
It is eaten as a dumpling with traditional African soups, made from vegetables and meat or fish.
It is packed with other nutrients for a healthy diet while retaining the original banku flavour.
