INGREDIENTS: YAM & CASSAVA

HOW TO PREPARE YAM FUFU:
1. Mix 1/2 cup of fufu  to 3/4 cup of water in a saucepan.
2. Gradually add water till you achieve desired thickness.
3. Place it over medium heat and knead thoroughly for 4 to 5 minutes to get right texture.
4. Mold into a ball and place in a bowl.
5. Allow to cool
6. Serve with your choice of soup
