Minsa Organic yellow corn flour is made by finely grinding corn that has been prepared by soaking in lime and water (making it easy to digest). The product line includes a wide selection of products and granulations for use in chips, taco shells, tortillas and other innovative snacks. It is the traditional flour used in Mexican cooking.
So you can go ahead and finally try your home made hand rolled tortillas that your family secret has.
It is also amazing to know that same flour is used by people from Burundi, Congo and Liberia to prepare dish called "Kokondoro". People from Sierra Leone call it Blende.
