Ayoola Cassava Fufu - Akpu
Cassava Fufu is processed in the old fashioned African/South American tradition of allowing peeled cassava roots to ferment. It is then pulped, sieved and dried using modern hygienic technology to produce genuine, unadulterated fluffy white flour that is suitable in the preparation of fufu gruel, nsua, ncinga, cassava casabe, deigu/coucac and peujeum.
